Psalmist David wrote that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and will save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalms 34:18). If your heart is overwhelmed, we want to lead you to the rock that’s greater than your circumstance.

God is not vindictive or an ogre waiting to pounce upon your failures. God is love. He offers forgiveness, mercy and wellness of life. He cares for you. God cannot love you any more than he already does, he will not love you any less. We’ve all gone astray! That’s why his sacrifice was so extreme. His only Son died for our sins and sickness, mentally and physically (Isaiah 53).
