We believe in the power of prayer to save, deliver and heal. According to God’s word, Jesus (the Word) was sent to heal us. (Psalms 107:20, Exodus 15:26)

In Mark 16:18, healing is one of the signs that follow the believer. At the Fellowship of Praise, we have witnessed many miracles of God, from the extremities of AIDS to the desperation of terminal cancer. We know it is Jesus who heals, but he uses people to activate faith and believe for the miraculous.

In James 5:14,15 Elders of the church are admonished to pray over the infirmed with oil, and the prayer of faith will save the sick.

Psalms 103:3 states that the Lord forgives our iniquities and heals all of our diseases. We know that through modern science and medicine, it is impossible to heal all disease, but Jesus said that the things impossible for man are possible with God. Jesus said that miracles would be unto you according to your faith. Faith is the currency of heaven. In God’s economy it is faith that moves mountains (Mark 11:23, 24).
